Summary: Supports international customers and distributors on a day-to-day basis.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Direct communication with international customers to provide marketing support and product information and resolve issues.
*Organize mailings of catalogs and samples to all international partners
*Assist with daily maintenance of international customer profiles
*Email correspondence
*Restock and coordinate shipment of marketing materials
*Process returns and credits
*Assist with A/R
*Oversee shipping details for accounts
*Send monthly statements and invoices to distributors and international doctors
*Organize and compile monthly reports
*Establish and maintain on-going client relations
Coordinate with sales & marketing team to create and implement marketing and merchandising programs to international markets
Gather, organize and analyze sales and market data for creating reports and developing strategic business plans
Facilitate and manage multiple projects in a timely and efficient manner
Qualify and respond to international inquiries to identify new business opportunities
*Answer questions from patients looking for international chiropractors.
Develop and build long-term customer relationships with distribution partners
Provide trainings for new international customers
Coordinate with Education Department to schedule webinars
Enter contracts, schedule training and address all aspects of orders.
Organize workload for efficient time-management.
Serve on special project teams as requested, which may include: planning and coordinating meeting schedules, disseminating information, and organizing events.
Maintain information binders and update as needed.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Bi-Lingual in French, Spanish, and/or Mandarin a plus.
 
Requirements:

Ability and willingness to travel.
Ability to work flexible schedule as needed, including evenings and weekends.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with external business contacts.
Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Skype.
Ability to conduct analytical analysis.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to represent Foot Levelers, Inc. in a highly professional manner, demonstrating poise, tact, and diplomacy.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of and support FLIs vision, values, confidentiality standards and code of ethical behavior.

Education:
BA plus 3-5 years experience
MA preferred
