Responsibilities include overall direction and supervision of the department to ensure operational efficiency in support of production.   Ability to competently instruct others in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of PLC’s, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical equipment.  Responsible for prioritizing day-to-day activities and maintaining the preventive maintenance program.  Ensures maintenance staff complies with OSHA and corporate safety procedures. The ideal candidate will have a relevant BS degree,  plus 3-5 years experience in maintenance management or equivalent experience of maintenance management in a manufacturing environment .   Excellent pay and exceptional benefit package.
